Why I Built CadenceCX
I built CadenceCX because I needed a tool that thought like an operator. Not just another project management tool, but a system designed specifically for the CX lead to lead with clarity.
Why CadenceCX
CadenceCX started as a personal system I built for myself. A way to consolidate the work, strategic accounts, meeting prep, voice of customer data, team development, metrics, into one place where the AI could actually see the full picture and help me think through it.
The more I built, the more I realized this wasn't a me problem. Every CX leader I talked to was managing the same chaos in roughly the same way: too many tabs, too much context-switching, too much time spent reconstructing information that should have been one click away.
The goal was never another SaaS product. It was an operating system for the kind of leader who actually builds functions, not just manages headcount. Someone who trains the sales team on handoffs, translates customer feedback into product language, and brings real data to leadership conversations, not anecdotes.
